Privacy Policy

This page explains what this site does with information while you visit. In short: almost nothing, and nothing that identifies you. The details below set out how we handle information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and how you can send us a request.

The site does not sell anything, host games, process payments or offer user accounts. You do not need to give us any personal details to read our reviews. All that remains are the technical logs our server needs to respond and to protect itself.

These logs are limited to shortened IP addresses, browser type, operating system, screen size, time stamps and pages viewed. They do not identify individuals. We look at them only in aggregate: which reviews get read, where readers leave, or what displays badly on older devices.

Beyond that essential base, nothing runs without your consent: analytics scripts stay switched off until you accept the cookie banner. We use no advertising pixels, no profiling and no cross-site tracking.

Our links lead to partner game platforms and to information resources. Once you follow one, the destination website decides what it records, under its own privacy policy. We have no access to your game data, and their practices are independent of ours.

Anything you enter in the contact form (first name, last name, email address and message) is used only to reply to you. Once the matter is resolved, the conversation is deleted, and nothing is passed on to third parties or advertisers.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or ask us to delete it. As we keep no customer database, most requests end with us confirming that we hold no data about you. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Connections are encrypted, access to the server is restricted and security updates are applied promptly. We update this policy as the site evolves, and the version published here always applies.
